All booked hours: 50% of your booked hours will be charged if you cancel within 48 hours (2 days) of your booking date. An exception will apply if you have made a prepaid deposit for your booking, in which case the deposit will be forfeited if you cancel within 48 hours (2 days) of your booking date.
In-person bookings only
Clients: If you or any of your household had any of the following symptoms in the last 14 days, you MUST inform me:
A HIGH TEMPERATURE: this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature).
A NEW CONTINUOUS COUGH: this means coughing a lot for more than an hour or three or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual).
A LOSS OR CHANGE TO YOUR SENSE OF SMELL OR TASTE: this means you’ve noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal.
BEEN IN CONTACT WITH ANYONE WHO SHOWS THE ABOVE SYMPTOMS OR IS WAITING FOR TEST RESULTS (within the last 14 days).
If, after booking your appointment, you start to develop any symptoms or have been with anyone else who does, please contact me immediately to re-arrange your in-person booking.
If any of the symptoms above occur to me or any member of staff, no in-person bookings will be made for 14 days after symptoms develop. If symptoms develop within fourteen days of an upcoming in-person booking, I will inform you. In that case, you will have the right to reschedule your booking at a convenient date and time or to cancel your booking without penalty.
